Pay Attention to the Wise's Advice
(지혜자의 권고에 주의하라)
Pay attention and listen to the sayings of the wise； apply your heart to what I teach, for it is pleasing when you keep them in your heart and have all of them ready on your lips.
(지혜로운 사람의 격언에 주의하라, 그리고 너의 마음을 내가 가르치는 것에 열중하라, 왜냐하면 네가 그것들을 네 마음에 품고 그것들 모두를 네 입술에 담아 준비시킬 때 즐겁기 때문이니라.)
So that your trust may be in the LORD, I teach you today, even you.
(그러므로 너의 신뢰가 여호와 안에 있을 수 있도록, 나는 너를, 즉 너를 오늘도 가르치리라.)
Have I not written thirty sayings for you, sayings of counsel and knowledge, teaching you true and reliable words, so that you can give sound answers to him who sent you?
(내가 너를 위해 서른 개의 격언을 적어 놓지 않았느냐, 즉 권면과 지식의 격언이니, 이것이 너에게 진실하고 신뢰할 말씀을 가르쳐 줄 것이니, 그러므로 네가 너를 보내신 그에게 건전한 대답을 드릴 수 있을 것이라.)
