Beneficialness of Wisdom
(지혜의 유익함)
Do not envy wicked men, do not desire their company； for their hearts plot violence, and their lips talk about making trouble.
(악한 자들을 부러워하지말며, 그들과 함께하기를 바라지 말라, 그들의 마음은 폭력을 계획하며, 그들의 입술은 분쟁을 일으키는 것에 관해 말하기 때문이니라.)
By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established； through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures.
(지혜로 집이 지어지며, 깨달음으로 집이 설립되어지며, 지식을 통하여 그 방들이 희귀하고 아름다운 보물들로 채워지느니라.)
A wise man has great power, and a man of knowledge increases strength； for waging war you need guidance, and for victory many advisers.
(지혜로운 사람은 큰 힘을 가지며, 지식있는 사람은 힘을 증가시키나니, 전쟁을 벌이기 위해서 너는 지침이 필요하고, 승리을 위해서는 많은 조언자들이 필요하기 때문이니라.)
Wisdom is too high for a fool； in the assembly at the gate he has nothing to say.
(지혜는 어리석은 자에는 너무 높으니, 그러므로 성문에 회중이 모인 곳에서 그가 말할 것이 아무것도 없을 것이니라.)
