The Life of The Blessed
(복 있는 사람들의 삶)
Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers.
(악한 자들의 조언을 따라 걷지 않으며, 죄인들의 길에 서지 않으며, 조롱자들의 자리에 앉지 않는 사람은 복이 있도다.)
But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night.
(그러나 그의 기쁨은 여호와의 율법에 있고, 그는 그의 율법을 밤낮으로 묵상을 하는 도다.)
He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither.
(그는 시냇가에 심겨진 나무와 같으니, 그 나무는 계절에 맞는 열매을 생산하고, 그 나무의 잎은 시들지 않는 도다.)
Whatever he does prospers.
(그가 무엇을 하든지 번성하는 도다.)
Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away.
(악한 자들은 그렇지 아니 하도다! 그들은 바람이 불어 날려 버리는 겨와 같도다.)
Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
(그러므로 악한 자들은 심판에 서지 못할 것이며, 죄인들도 의인들의 회중에 서지 못할 것이라.)
For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish.
(왜냐하면 여호와는 의인들의 길을 지켜보아 주시나, 악인들의 길은 망할 것이기 때문이니라.)
