God the Righteous Judge
(의로운 재판장이신 하나님)

O Lord my God, I take refuge in you； save and deliver me from all who pursue me, or they will tear me like a lion and rip me to pieces with no one to rescue me.
(오 주 나의 하나님이여, 내가 당신께 피하나이다. 그러므로 나를 쫓는 모든 이들로부터 나를 구하고 건지소서, 그렇지 않으면, 그들이 나를 사자처럼 찢고 아무도 나를 구하지 못함으로 나를 조각조각 찢을 것이니이다.)

Lord my God, if I have done this and there is guilt on my hands - if I have done evil to him who is at peace with me or without cause have robbed my foe - then let my enemy pursue and overtake me； let him trample my life to the ground and make me sleep in the dust. Selah
(주 나의 하나님이여, 만약 내가 이것을 행하였고 내 손에 죄가 있으면, 즉 만약 제가 저와 화평하게 지내는 사람에게 악을 행하였다면, 그가 나의 삶을 짓밟고 저로 흙 속에서 잠자게 하소서. 셀라)

Arise, O Lord, in your anger； rise up against the rage of my enemies.
(당신의 진노로 일어나소서, 오 주여, 내 적들의 분노를 대항하여 일어나소서.)

Awake, my God； decree justice.
(깨소서, 나의 하나님이여, 정의를 선포하소서.)

Let the assembled peoples gather round you.
(모인 민족들로 당신 주변에 모이게 하소서.)

Rule over them from on high； let the Lord judge the peoples.
(높은 곳에서부터 그들을 다스리소서, 주께서 민족들을 판단하게 하소서.)

Judge me, O Lord, according to my righteousness, according to my integrity, O Most High.
(나의 의로움을 따라서, 주여, 나의 성실함을 따라서, 오 높으신 이여 나를 판단하소서.)

righteous God, who searches minds and hearts, bring to an end the violence of the wicked and make the righteous secure.
(생각과 마음을 감찰하시는 의로우신 하나님, 악한 자들의 폭력을 끝내시고 의로운 자들로 안전하게 하소서.)

My shield is God Most High, who saves the upright in heart.
(나의 방패는 마음이 의로운 자들을 구하시는 가장 높으신 하나님이라.)

God is a righteous judge, a God who expresses his wrath every day.
(하나님은 의로운 재판장이시니, 즉 매일 그의 분노를 표현하시는 하나님이시라.)

If he does not relent, he will sharpen his sword； he will bend and string his bow.
(만약 그가 진노를 누그러뜨리지 않으시면, 그는 그의 검을 날카롭게 하시고, 그는 구부려 그의 활 시위를 메시는 도다.)

He has prepared his deadly weapons； he makes ready his flaming arrows.
(그는 그의 치명적인 무기들을 준비하셨으니, 그는 그의 불 화살들을 준비하시는 도다.)

He who is pregnant with evil and conceives trouble gives birth to disillusionment.
(악을 잉태하며 문제를 맘속에 품는 자는 환멸을 출산하는 도다.)

He who digs a hole and scoops it out falls into the pit he has made.
(구덩이를 파고 흙을 떠내는 자는 그가 만든 웅덩이게 빠지느니라.)

The trouble he causes recoils on himself； his violence comes down on his own head.
(그가 야기시킨 문제가 그에게 돌아올 것이며, 그의 폭력이 그 자신의 머리 위로 내려올 것이라.)

I will give thanks to the LORD because of his righteousness and will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High.
(나는 그의 의로우심을 인하여 주께 감사할 것이며, 가장 높으신 주의 이름을 찬양할 것이라.)
