The Characteristics of The fool
(어리석은 자들의 특징)
The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.”
(어리석은 자들은 그의 마음에 말하기를, “하나님은 없다.”고 하는도다.
They are corrupt, their deeds are vile； there is no-one who does good.
(그들은 부패하고, 그들의 행위는 사악하니, 선을 행하는 사람들이 아무도 없도다.)
The Lord looks down from heaven on the sons of men to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God.
(하나님께서 하늘로부터 지식을 가진 자가 있는지, 하나님을 찾는 자가 있는지 보시기 위해 사람의 아들들을 내려다 보시는 도다.)
All have turned aside, they have together become corrupt； there is no one who does good, not even one.
(모두가 치우쳤고, 그들이 함께 부패하였으니, 선을 행하는 자가 없으니, 단 하나도 없도다.)
Will evildoers never learn - those who devour my people as men eat bread and who do not call on the Lord?
(악을 행하는 자들 즉, 밥을 먹듯이 내 백성들을 삼키며 여호와를 찾지 않는 자들은 결코 깨닫지 못할 것인가?)
There they are, overwhelmed with dread, for God is present in the company of the righteous.
(저기 그들이 두려움에 압도되어 있으니, 하나님께서 의로운 자들의 무리 가운데 계시기 때문이니라.)
You evildoers frustrate the plans of the poor, but the Lord is their refuge.
(너희 악을 행하는 자들은 가난한 자들의 계획들을 좌절시키나, 여호와는 그들의 피난처가 되시도다.)
Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion!
(오, 이스라엘의 구원이 시온에서 나오기를 바라노라!)
When the Lord restores the fortunes of his people, let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad!
(여호와께서 그의 백성들의 운명을 회복시키실 때에, 야곱은 기뻐하며 이스라엘은 즐거워하리라!)
