God Who Delivers from Affliction
(환란에서 구원하신 하나님)

I waited patiently for the LORD； he turned to me and heard my cry.
(내가 여호와를 기다리고 기다렸더니 귀를 기울이사 나의 부르짖음을 들으셨도다.)

He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire； he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.
(나를 기가 막힐 웅덩이와 수렁에서 끌어올리시고 내 발을 반석 위에 두사 내 걸음을 견고하게 하셨도다.)

He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God.
(새 노래 곧 우리 하나님께 올릴 찬송을 내 입에 두셨으니.)

Many will see and fear and put their trust in the LORD.
(많은 사람이 보고 두려워하여 여호와를 의지하리로다.)

Blessed is the man who makes the LORD his trust, who does not look to the proud, to those who turn aside to false gods.
(여호와를 의지하고 교만한 자와 거짓에 치우치는 자를 돌아보지 아니하는 자는 복이 있도다.)

Many, O LORD my God, are the wonders you have done.
(여호와 나의 하나님이여 주께서 행하신 기적이 많고.)

The things you planned for us no-one can recount to you； were I to speak and tell of them, they would be too many to declare.
(우리를 향하신 주의 생각도 많아 누구든지 주와 견줄 수 없나이다 내가 널리 알려 말하려 하나 너무 많아 그 수를 셀 수도 없나이다.)

Sacrifice and offering you did not desire, but my ears you have pierced； burnt offerings and sin offerings you did not require.
(주께서 내 귀를 통하여 들려 주셨으니 번제나 속죄제는 주께서 구하지 아니하셨나이다.)

Then I said, “Here I am, I have come - it is written about me in the scroll.
(그 때에 내가 말하기를 보시옵소서 내가 왔나이다 나를 가리켜 두루마리 책에 기록된 것이 있나이다.)

I desire to do your will, O my God； your law is within my heart.”
(나의 하나님이여 내가 주의 뜻 행하기를 즐기오니 주의 법이 나의 심중에 있나이다 하였나이다.)

I proclaim righteousness in the great assembly； I do not seal my lips, as you know, O LORD.
(내가 큰 회중 가운데에서 공의를 선포하였나이다 여호와여 내가 내 입술을 닫지 아니할 줄을 주께서 아시나이다.)

I do not hide your righteousness in my heart； I speak of your faithfulness and salvation.
(내가 주의 공의를 내 마음에 숨기지 아니하고 주의 성실과 구원을 선포하였으며.)

I do not conceal your love and your truth from the great assembly.
(주의 인자와 진리를 큰 회중 가운데에서 감추지 아니하였나이다.)

Do not withhold your mercy from me, O LORD； may your love and your truth always protect me.
(여호와여 주의 긍휼을 내게서 거두지 마시고 주의 인자와 진리로 나를 항상 보호하소서.)

For troubles without number surround me； my sins have overtaken me, and I cannot see.
(수많은 재앙이 나를 둘러싸고 나의 죄악이 나를 덮침으로 우러러볼 수도 없으며.)

They are more than the hairs of my head, and my heart fails within me.
(죄가 나의 머리털보다 많으므로 내 마음이 사라졌음이니이다.)

Be pleased, O LORD, to save me； O LORD, come quickly to help me.
(여호와여 은총을 베푸사 나를 구원하소서 여호와여 속히 나를 도우소서.)

May all who seek to take my life be put to shame and confusion； may all who desire my ruin be turned back in disgrace.
(내 생명을 찾는 자가 다 수치와 낭패를 당하게 하시며 나의 해를 즐거워하는 자가 다 물러가 욕을 당하게 하소서.)

May those who say to me, “Aha! Aha!” be appalled at their own shame.
(나를 향하여 하하 하는 자가 자기 수치로 말미암아 놀라게 하소서.)

But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you； may those who love your salvation always say, “The LORD be exalted!”
(주를 찾는 자는 다 주 안에서 즐거워하고 기뻐하며 주의 구원을 사랑하는 자는 항상 말하기를 여호와는 위대하시다 하게 하소서.)

Yet I am poor and needy； may the Lord think of me.
(나는 가난하고 궁핍하오나 주께서는 나를 생각하시오니.)

You are my help and my deliverer； O my God, do not delay
(주는 나의 도움이시요 나를 건지시는 이시라 나의 하나님이여 지체하지 마소서.)
